We started because too many renovations promise everything and deliver stress.
Built In Home Renovations began because too many Melbourne homeowners were handed blown budgets, missed deadlines and finishes that were cut short. We set out to run a different kind of company: design and construction in the same business, a fixed price agreed before work starts, and a limit on how many jobs we take at once.
That still runs through every home we touch across Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham and the bayside suburbs. We deliberately keep our project load small, so every build gets the attention of our senior team.
What we do
Our designers and builders sit side by side, so nothing gets lost in translation. Your vision is protected from the first sketch through to the final coat, with one project lead who knows your home inside out.
We cap how many projects run simultaneously, so your build always has a senior team member on site rather than dropping in between jobs.
